Extrusion
Whether you need a simple monolayer or more complex such as multi-layer, high barrier, moisture/oxygen barrier, puncture-resistant films, self-venting microwavable films, or coextruded films.
Our multi-layer sealant films are blown on high output lines. Superior-quality materials:
- Enhanced seal integrity
- Improved hot tack
- Fast curing
- Consistent barrier properties
- Increased clarity and strength
- Lidding film
Laminating
High-quality lamination is a key component to creating films with barriers for oxygen, moisture, flavor, and aroma in a packaged product. A critical part of the flexible packaging process is selecting the proper type of laminating material for your product. Our experienced operators use the latest adhesive best practices and modern lamination equipment to minimize waste and further reduce our carbon footprint.
Laminated films combine solvent and solventless capabilities with vibrant flexographic printing to provide quality converted Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) and Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal (HFFS) Rollstock.
To further strengthen the bond, various materials are used to formulate the laminated structure including Low density polyethylene, (LLDPE), Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Coex film, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Matte Polyethylene terephthalate (MPET), nylon and metalized films, Polyvinylidene Chloride coating (PVDC), Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP), Ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), Metalized films, paper poly foil poly, and Saran-coating
Prepress
Nothing ensures getting a great package on the shelf like a great beginning. Our experienced team can help with graphics and other package prepress services like photography, barcode creation, and design consulting no matter how complex from pixels on a screen to vibrant packaging that exactly matches your proofs. Our color expert partners with your team to plan the best approach for your project. They can assist with package design, supporting a relaunch, implementing new label standards, applying color management, and introducing potential enhancements like Expanded Gamut 7-color process and High definition printing that ensures our customers receive the quality color they deserve.
